Runner terms and conditions of entry

For runners reserving a charity entry on this website to run for charities participating in our 'run with realbuzz' programme.

  • Runners must be 18 years or over to enter.
  • By reserving a charity entry with realbuzz, you understand that your entry is only guaranteed if you meet the required fundraising for your chosen charity. You must reach 75% of the overall charity fundraising target set for your event (your first fundraising milestone), at least 30 days before the event’s official registration closes to guarantee your entry. If you reach 100% or more of the event fundraising target, your deposit will be refunded to you – you must reach this target no later than fourteen days after your event takes place.   • By reserving a charity entry with realbuzz, you understand that you are required to set up a fundraising page within 40 days of entry. If you are fundraising in a different way, such as via direct donation to your charity, you will need to let us know by emailing: runner@realbuzz.com. If you do not set up a fundraising page and add it to your realbuzz Runner Dashboard within 40 days of entry and you have not contacted us, your entry may be reallocated, and your deposit will not be refundable.
  • If you reserve a charity entry to run for your own cause or charity, that isn’t an existing partner charity of realbuzz, you understand that you will pay for your own entry, as per the pricing stated for your event, and will still need to fundraise in order to guarantee your place in the event.
  • You agree that we may take photos or videos of you at the event and use these and/or your name in our publicity including in our social media. If you do not wish us to do so, please email us on the email address above. Please see our privacy policy here.
  • We are not the organiser of any event and do not have any liability or responsibility in relation to it. We will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that you suffer as a result of entering into, or participating in, an event. However, we do not limit or exclude any liability to you where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
