  • Download the what 3 words app, and type in the what 3 words from your email and this will bring you close, then look out for the crowd!
  • Of course! Runner, joggers, walkers, wheelers, all welcome! This event is for everyone!
  • Log your run in the Effit app to be counted towards our target of getting 1 million people or spread the word on your social media!
