Free to Run is a US registered 501c3 organization that operates in Iraq and Afghanistan. Our mission is to advance gender equality globally through running. We do this by supporting the leadership, agency, and health of adolescent girls and young women living in conflict areas to change gender norms in their community through running and rights-based programs.
