Jon, I put my NY marathon place off from last year to this year, but I'm very likely to be knocking it back for another year (to avoid divorce) so 2011 could be the one. Keep me posted. Don't know if entry is still open but if it is you should probably enter this year anyway and defer if you get in. you lose the $220 entry fee if you get the place - but at least you know you've got one otherwise it only costs $11 admin to enter the ballot. Don't know about the clean pair of heels at Reading though - I've just been reading about your 40 mile week! lots of sneaky training. Going to tone the effort down a bit this time anyway - I don't think I want to try as hard as Brighton EVER again! D
