10 miles is a zone out, I find 10km just about my limit before I want to breakout. Good luck to daughter and 11+

I've certainly been missing some news recently. Congratulations on your now official Comrades Marathon entry. You're still putting in some great training. The 11+ is something I was glad to miss out on as before I had to take the exam my family moved house and my new school was one of those new Comprehensives. Hmmm I think that has just dated me a little.
