Well here goes....
Welcome to my blog...if you don't already know me, I'm SJ, 25 years old i stay in a town not far from Edinburgh, Scotland, and currently trying to get back into shape (a good shape that is! 
I'm currently doing Weight Watchers, I go to the gym and now that the weather is getting better (a bit!) I'm trying to get out in the evenings to go walking and cycling.
I'll keep keeping this up to date, really as a motivation for myself with how I'm doing and all the highs and lows etc that come with it.
Feel free to leave me a message and if you're doing something similar to me, then let me know how you're doing, it's always good to hear from people in the same boat.
