Pretty uneventful 4 miles tonight !! Legs still seem to work after yesterdays speed session which is a bonus !!!
One thing though, i was meant to take it easy, only i dont know how fast easy should be !! Was real cold and i never wanted to hang around so, i just ran my usual pace, which, to some would be pretty easy going i guess !!
Bit stiff when i finished so i made sure i stretched all the major muscles, and a few not so important ones too !!
New nike trainers seemed ok, a little bit tighter than my Asics ones, are all Nike shoes slightly narrow ? Wont wear them tomorrow though, they still a bit too new !!
Tomorrow , 3 miles at a steady pace ??? Now we got problems !! Slow steady or fast steady i wonder ?? Or same steady as every other time i run ??
Horrible forecast for tomorrow, might try treadmill in Gym, but not a fan of it !! We will see , could be outside yet !!

I have one speed - slow! If I went slower I would be going backwards, and faster and I would collapse after half a mile. Maybe get a heart rate monitor and try staying within certain heart rate, though according to mine I run all my runs at tempo pace lol.
