Have just finished a 30min run on a wet and windy night. Covered a number of hills, not the best when running into the wind. Ipod music kept me going and the chill of the wind and the rain kept me cool.
Came in and had a bath which helped my leg muscles which were sore. 
Hopeful that next run is easier as well. Yoga on Thursday to help stretch muscles.

I have applied again in the hope that they have to take me this time.
Wet and windy night runs are supposed to be January not May :-(
