Overview

I'm really sorry, but I've had to withdraw from the race, due to illness.  i've applied to defer my entry until next year.

Good luck to anyone who's still running.

...a friend has just sent me this website.  Click on

http://www.runlondon.com/routefinder, then click on CREATE ROUTE.

You can then type in the postcode of your starting point, and plot your route to measure your run! (anywhere in the UK).  I've just plotted two of mine, and they're spot on!  Saves having to drive round the route to measure it!  You can also save your routes for future reference, or for sharing!!!

I'm baaaack!

Thankyou all for your lovely comments!

The wedding went really well, and the honeymoon in Iceland was amazing!  We sailed amongst the icebergs, and then swam in a hot river!  Very surreal!

Just packing the cars up now, to move me over to Northampton!  I won't have access to a computer for a little while, so you won't hear from me!  Still undecided on the GNR!  I'll keep you posted when I can!

Good luck everyone! xx

Hi and congratulations on your wedding! I am really pleased that you had a great time. I was actually on holiday when you sent your last message so was a little late at wishing you well!

I was surprised to hear that you might be pulling out of the GNR. To be honest you kept me inspired as your progress was really encouraging for me.

I understand your reasons though and I don't know how you have managed to do everything! Keep us informed of your decision and I personally do hope you will be joining us.

take care

Time for a Nag !! What do you mean you might not do the GNR, I am appalled, why should I go through all this pain and anguish while you sit there with your Pimms, feet up on the sofa (have you got one in your new house?) lolling around.
So come on, get that head back into gear and those trainers back on and join the crowd again. Besides, won't you just really feel a huge pang when you see it on the TV knowing you could have been there too. No lollipops if you don't finish!!!
Nag (rant) over !
See you back out there soon ??
